RESERVATIONS:
In order to ensure the reservations of package tour, hotels, domestic & international flights and other services, especially for domestic flight, we would like to suggest all partners/guests to summit the following information at least 30 days prior to arrival date:
- Number of customer
- Number of rooms (Single / Twin)
- Hotel category
- Services requested (meals, transportation, guide & itinerary)
- Date of flights (arrival & departure)
- Other necessary information
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation penalty must be carried out as below.
- 30 Days before commencement of services No Charge
- From 29 - 21 days before commencement of services 10% of total bill
- From 20 - 14 days before commencement of services 20% of total bill
- From 13 - 1 days before commencement of services 50% of total bill
- Now Show is Full Charge
PROGRAM CHANGES:
All the tour programs are available with arrival and departure. Depending on the actual flights used the schedules of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap sightseeing tours may sometimes have to adjust.
LIABILITY :
Visitors must get personal insurance coverage for the complete duration of their trip. B2B Travel is only acting as an intermediary with airlines, hotels, restaurants, transportation or other services. B2B Travel can not hold responsible for losses (of any kind), delays, accidents (of any kind), natural disasters, political unrest, damages caused by visitors or any other event which is beyond our control.
VISITS AND EXCURSIONS:
Renting a 4 x 4 light truck is a prerequisite for some visits and excursions. Some sites can not be reached during the rainy season. Visits to other places will be set up accordingly. The National museum, the Royal palace and Silver Pagoda are open every day (except there is special event that require to close, in this case the company will be informed to clients in advance).

HEALTH:
Vaccinations are not required when going to Cambodia but it is wise to arrange for a check-up with a doctor before the trip. If bitten by a local or wild animal, antirabbies serum is required.
FOOD AND DRINK:
We select the best and most respected restaurants and patrons are welcome to place their requests according to their preferences. The selected restaurants offer authentic Khmer cuisine as well as international dishes. Meals taken at outside restaurants are cheaper than they are in hotels. For drinking, we strongly recommend drinking bottled water only.
GUIDES:
All our guides are certified and experiences. They are having a license after they completed an examination from the Ministry of Tourism. Price is different of each tour guide. We have many guides who’s can speak English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, Laos etc.
